Heroes Coming Home will be at the Mid-America Military Salute event on July 5, 2014, at the Adams County Fairgrounds in Mendon, Illinois to recognize those who have served in the military and thank them for their commitment to our beloved nation. We look forward to seeing you there!

We invite you to join us for some wonderful food, and camaraderie as we celebrate at Minsky’s! It is time for our 3rd annual Heroes Coming Home Fundraiser at Minsky’s Pizza on Friday, August 29th.
The 3rd annual Heroes Coming Home Fundraiser at Minsky’s is a way that we can all do something to help our homeless Veterans. Heroes Coming Home is working toward the lofty goal of eradicating Veteran homelessness, however we can’t do it without your support.
The fundraiser includes all Dine In, Carry Out and Delivery orders placed between 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Simply mention Heroes Coming Home as you are placing your order and 15% of your bill will directly benefit the work of Heroes Coming Home .

Here is how it works: You donated $10 and Dave will take an Ice Bucket for you. If you can make it on location in Quincy, IL you can dump the bucket on Dave yourself. If you can’t make it we will call out your name as your bucket gets dumped on him.
Cost is $10 per bucket. So if you donate $50 he will do 5 buckets for you. $100 he will do 10 for you and so on.
